1. Introduction: Welcome to It’s Pride Vibez. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://pridevibez.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website: You must be at least 18 years of age or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to access or use this site. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Products and Availability: It’s Pride Vibez offers made-to-order, print-on-demand products, including apparel, tumblers, mugs, and related items. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Sales tax is charged as required by U.S. and Massachusetts laws. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds: All products are custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery at contactpridevibez@gmail.com and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

·      Wrong size or color ordered

·      Customer changed their mind

·      Order placed with incorrect shipping information

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, and text on this website, is the exclusive property of It’s Pride Vibez and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, It’s Pride Vibez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or products purchased.
